I will upload a WIP at some point with all the mountain ranges, it will make it clearer as to why everything is where it is. I haven't finished the whole project yet, I'm still going through tutorials for map creation to choose the one I like the end result most in order to apply it to my map, if possible. But I am enjoying the journey there, plus I'm learning so much about Photoshop!
But, you keep telling about those ages; is there a file or something where I can read about it? It sounds interesting.
The first Age is the Age of Birth, when the planet was created and the first people populated it. Not many things are known about that Age, besides the one prophecy that was given from a young boy, the first who was born on the planet. Noone knows how long that Age even lasted, nor when the second Age began.
Now the second Age, according to the prophecy, was named the Age of Cataclysm. Many devastating events took place, with the fragmentation of magic and its disappearance/alteration being the most important one, which resulted to the death of one of the three moons of the world. When the fragments of the moon stopped falling on the world, the third Age began.
This Age was named the Age of Rebirth, along with a variation of other names depending on the continent of the world and its people. Some call it the Age of Wisdom, others the Age of Warfare and there are some who believe it's the Age of Death. This is the current Age, which means I haven't decided which of all those names will actually signify this Age's importance in the history of the world.
